- **Event Description**: commuter begann 2019 in Athen (Griechenland) als Musikprojekt von Dionysis Koutavas (Gesang/Gitarre). Im Oktober 2021 wurde das Projekt zu einer vollwertigen Band, als Dimitris Koutsoulis (Schlagzeug), Spilios Kakkas (Bass/Gesang) und Kostas Bariamis (Gitarre) hinzukamen.

Beeinflusst unter anderem von den Post-Punk-Klängen der kanadischen Szene sowie der New Wave aus Großbritannien, spielte die Band bereits Live-Shows an der Seite bekannter internationaler Acts (Dry Cleaning, Protomartyr, A Place to Bury Strangers, DITZ).

commuter veröffentlichten ihre erste selftitled EP im Januar 2023 auf allen Streaming-Plattformen und als Kassette über Bitter Tea Records. Ihr Debüt-Album „Guilt Eraser“ erschien im Herbst 2024 und ist als Download sowie auf Vinyl erhältlich.

Wie immer sonntags, geht es zeitig los. Ab 16:30 könnt ihr es euch auf unserer Terrasse gemütlich machen, um 18:00 wird die Bühne zerrockt. Spätestens Mitternacht ist Schicht im Schacht!
